Who says jeans have to be boring? Lace-up sandals in a fun colour like this red, a striped tee, and your favourite pair of jeans are a combination to die for. Perfect for a day out. For a nice touch, add a bright lip to compliment the shoes.

If you have a pair of sneakers with bright accents, don’t save them for the gym. Take them out with a pair of skinny jeans, and a bright sweater in the same colour as your sneakers. Layering over a long shirt is optional– you could do it, or just wear a slightly oversize plain top. Finish with a black schoolgirl satchel + reflective sunnies.
Plaid shirt + heels
Perfect jeans come in all washes and styles. This straight cut pair, along with a classic plaid shirt (fully tucked + sleeves rolled,
of course) is a fail-safe pairing. It’s taken to the next level with pointy black pumps. Effortless cool girl vibe, anyone?
